Description
A world-renowned natural wonder and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the longest navigable underground rivers in the world and attracts tourists from all over the globe.
The underground river is situated within the stunning Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, a protected area that encompasses a diverse range of ecosystems, including limestone karst landscapes, lush forests, and a thriving marine environment.
Itinerary
Start by picking you up from your hotel and traveling to the north of Puerto Princesa for about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at Sabang Wharf, proceed to the registration area and wait for your assigned boat that will take you to the entrance of the cave. You will be assisted by your tour guide.
Take a boat ride to the Entrance of the cave and wait for the assigned paddle boat and tour guide and embark on the underground river adventure. Marvel at the stunning rock formations, stalactites, and stalagmites as you navigate through the underground river.
Learn about the geological wonders and unique ecosystem from your guide.
After the underground river tour, return to Sabang Wharf and and enjoy the lunch at a local restaurant and transfer back to your hotel.
If time allows, optional tour to visit the nearby Ugong Rock Adventure Park. Experience Sabang Zipline and Magrove Paddle boat.
